Transcript request form

American Jewish University will be closed starting Saturday, December 23, 2017 and will open on Tuesday, January 2, 2018. All transcript requests received after 12:00 PM on Thursday, December 21, 2017 will not be processed until we return.

 

Standard Processing of Transcript Requests: Official AJU transcripts are produced on security paper and delivered through regular US Mail, in a sealed envelope marked "Official Transcript Enclosed."

IF YOU ARE REQUESTING TRANSCRIPTS FOR SOMEONE OTHER THAN YOURSELF, WE MUST HAVE WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM THE STUDENT. TRANSCRIPT REQUEST WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT STUDENT SIGNATURE.
